  Colorado residents may be of any age and qualify for the program based on family size and income. For example, a single adult can earn up to $31,200 while a family of four qualifies with an income of up to $63,000.  Individuals may have other health insurance coverage and no financial documentation is required.  More than 125 different medications in over 45 different therapeutic categories are available at a cost of $20, $30, or $40 per 90-day prescription, depending upon the medication.  There are
  no enrollment fees or shipping costs.
